Who is Aaron?

Hi I'm Aaron, I have over 10 years of coaching experience across bodybuilding, athletic performance, endurance sports, combat-sport weight cuts, and lifestyle transformations. I've helped hundreds of people worldwide take control of their health, physique, and performance in a structured and sustainable way. I can do this effectively because I myself have walked the walked every step of the way just as you will, so I can relate on every level and give you the support needed.

My coaching knowledge is backed by working directly with elite industry leaders such as Vigorous Steve, Justin Harris, and Jared Feather, and I am a Team Coach at RP Strength — the world’s leading evidence-based fitness, sports science, and hypertrophy education platform.

In 2025 alone, I have taken over 15 first-time competitors to the stage, with most winning their debut show and none placing outside the top 3, and had championship fighters easily make weight and win.

I have personally competed 15+ times and won 10 shows, including:

Am I too old to start?

Absolutely not ! I didn't start my bodybuilding journey until I was 30 years old and managed to compete over 15 times winning a pro card and many shows on some of the biggest stages in the PCA and NPC. I have also helped busy professionals way into their 40s and 50s turn it around and take control of their health and fitness. So in short, it's never too late.

How long until I see results ?

Honestly if anyone gives you some too good to be true answer here, it probably is. That being said if we are talking about all results not just the abs you're desperate to see, then results start immediately. We'll build healthy habits that produce great day to day improvements to lifestyle and as these things compound over time then we see those results in the mirror. You ultimately get out what you put in.

Is it expensive to get in shape?

Well the answer might surprise you. In most cases people either save money or break even but with way more returns. This is an investment into your future and quality of life. I'll tell you what is expensive though....Medical bills on the back of being unhealth and living a poor lifestyle that ultimately leads to more poor health. That's not living. Eating healthy working out is a lot cheaper than loading up on junk food, alcohol, and other bad habits that do nothing but take from your quality of life and your bank account with zero returns. So to summarize investing in yourself will not only save you money but it'll give you massive ROI on life for you and your loved ones.
